AHEPA Submits Written Testimony to House Committee on Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Europe
U.S. - Greece Relations and Regional Issues
WASHINGTON, D.C. - The American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association (AHEPA), the leading association for the nation’s 1.3 million American citizens of Greek ancestry, and Philhellenes, submitted written testimony to the House Subcommittee on Europe, in regard to “U.S.–Greece Relations and Regional Issues.” The testimony has been entered into the Public Record. “Since our founding, 85-years ago, we continue to act as the bridge to strengthen relations between the United States and Greece,” said AHEPA National President Ike Gulas. “As the leading Hellenic Heritage association, we are privileged by the opportunity to have submitted testimony to Congress because we maintain that we are the best advocate for the United States in Greece and Hellenic principles and ideals in the U.S.”
