Dear Brothers, Sisters and Friends:
Time is running out for reservations at the convention hotels in Greece! March 31, 2008 is the deadline to make reservations and we need you to act as quickly as possible to reserve your space for this most historic and eventful convention.
I have received many calls asking valid questions, and in hopes of answering your concerns, I would like to review for all of you what our plans are and what we expect the costs to be. I suggest you reserve your hotels today because of the constant fluctuation of the Euro.
1. The Convention Dates are July 1-11, 2008.
These dates are what we have been promoting since the beginning, and this includes the package with a cruise. The cost for the room and cruise range from $2850 (1900 Euro) to $3450 (2300 Euro) . This price is for the complete package for BOTH People in the room. Example: 2 people staying at the Intercontinental Hotel (AHEPA HQ Hotel) and going on the cruise would pay about $259 a day. When broken down, it covers the cost of transportation to and from the airport, breakfast daily, one additional meal daily (if you purchase the event ticket package as a delegate/alternate or registered guest).

AHEPA is the largest Greek-American association in the world with chapters in the United States, Canada, Greece, Cyprus, and sister chapters in Australia and New Zealand. It was established in 1922 by visionary Greek Americans to protect Hellenes from prejudice originating from the KKK, and in its history, AHEPA joined with the NAACP and B'nai B'rith International to fight discrimination.
